A couple of years ago when I bought my first DSLR, a Canon Rebel, the Original silver one, I ran on to some videos on Youtube while looking for pointers. It was of a photographer from Philadelphia. I loved the way he shot light. Well this past August, with the blessing of my wonderful wife, I decided to go to his work shop. His Name is Cliff Mautner and his work is amazing. Cliff is a Nikon ambassador with over 30 years of experience in photo journalism and a lot of years (not sure of how many) as a wedding photographer. I wish i could tell you everything I learned at the workshop but I can’t. I will say that I believe most of all I learned how to see better. I could go on and on about what a fun learning experience it was. Below are some of the photos I took. I would also like to thank the models that Cliff hired. They put in some long days and some of the wedding dresses showed their wear and tear, but they did a great job. Thank you Cliff!
