Postcards
I have been very lucky with the different jobs I have held to meet a lot of great people. When you meet great people there are times that opportunities will arise. Recently, while visiting Big Valley and Yoder’s Tees and More the owner of that fine establishment ask me if I ever thought about making postcards. She knew and had seen some of the photos I have taken in “the Valley”? She talked me into it.
My wife and I work for a business group called the Big Valley Area Business Association. I think we got that job because members of the group who knew us know how much we love Big Valley. It really is beautiful and we love the simple life of the Amish who trek on rt. 655 and Back and Front Mountain road. When it’s warm weather time there are many Sunday afternoons we spend on those roads and the many others that twist in and around Allensville, Belllville and Barrville.
I can’t explain fully how much I enjoy taking photos of almost anything and everything. At the time of this post it is 36 degrees and just last week we had a foot of snow. I am excited for the warm weather to get back outside. I’m not saying the winter season isn’t beautiful but the spring brings a lot, including baby lambs.
As always, I’d like to throw in a sales pitch. If you or someone you know is in need of any kind of photos, I am interested and give 100%, 100% of the time. Feel free to contact me though the contact page or you can fine me, with the rest of the world, on Facebook.
